spot on,when you send the birds you are putting them in the hands of the race controllers so they will let the birds go when they think it is best for the welfare of the birds

The page where you go to see who's timed is where i'm talking about. Its a single page with room for reported times, read the info at the top. It says that the birds are held over due to weather conditions at the race point. ;)
