Am I right in saying that the Tories only have 1 seat in the whole of Scotland? if so, what does that tell them? :o

We will be back to being guinea pigs for daft ideas, remember the poll tax

Or the free NHS prescriptions :D

Sorry to see Gordon Brown go - Tried his best - biggest fault i have with him is his failure to keep the promised referendum on the EU treaty but overall think he and Labour done a good job.

god help us all conservative goverment in power with pupet master Cameron pulling cleggys strings , suppose not much mining left very little steel left , manufacturing at its lowest levels , we had the boom and bust with Thatcher many loosing homes because of negative equity , more public sector workers will be hit with redundancys and more looking after the rich at the cost of the adverage working family , be a return to yuppys and quangos and them fudging the figures and hitting us all with higher taxes and themselves with big pay rises , school closures , no doubt the nhs will be hit with less funding , less money for councils , proping up the euro with our money when pounds week against it , could it get any worse lets see in the next 9 months ;) about time the great was put back in britain !!! many disapointed liberal democrat voters they've actualy losted there vote and voted for a conservative goverment :angry::angry:

I would happily carry an ID card as I have nothing to hide, it is the crooks that in the main worry about having them and the illegal immigrants that we all bleet about ;)

'coup d'etat' where did a minority or coup, push or overthrow, the sudden unconstitutional deposition of a government, usually by a small group of the existing state establishment—typically the military—to replace the deposed government with another body; either civil or military. A coup d'état succeeds when the usurpers establish their legitimacy if the attacked government fails to thwart them, by allowing their (strategic, tactical, political) consolidation and then receiving the deposed government's surrender; or the acquiescence of the populace and the non-participant military forces. :D:D:D

while everyone is worrying about £6 billion of cuts how could £4 billion be spent on ID cards. i would of thought that many 'fabians' would have had a severe problem civil liberty wise. lets not forget ID cards were to tackle the problem that labour had no idea how many illegal immigrants they'd incompetantly let in. i'm glad i've not to carry one to cover for their mistake...and for my own liberty. for someone who cherishes free speech (moderation) i'd have thought ID cards were abhorrent to you dovey.

Not just the Scots.... Many hate the Tories with a vengence down here.... and with good cause. Indeed anyone with a memory. As for The 'Evil Cow' she quickly changed the Boundries to alter the constituacys. So the strong tory districts took parts of Labour Strong Holds. Should have changed them back pronto, or been even more direct and dicisive.

i honestly believe that Gordon was - is then - one of the most honest and couragous politican for a very long while.... If he had the charism, P.R and was Tele Phonic like Blair, he'd walk the floor with the Chameleon.

Yes March the 6th was a disastous day for the common workers, no two ways about that.

As for the £6 Billion, or the £75 Billion come to that, Brown was rifght, get the boat sailing first! Besides another 2p on fuel would pay that off in a month or less alone. Chameleon, like the rest of the world agreed with Gordon, followed suit and it was vastly a lot more painless that when that evil Thatcher ripped of every saleable, and silverware she could. Ruin the bank balance. Made the wealthy even more wealthy at the Workers costs. Made thousand jobless and homeless every day. Was a time when under the torie it was officially 1 in 7 unemployed. Of course with out juggling them figure it was 1 in 5. AND that recession was no where as near as bad as this recession she caused that Gordon took the blunt off. Facts.

Would like to point out also that this 'Identity' card was another of Thatcher's brainchild. Indeed him 'On yer Bikes' chappie was in charge of it all.

Also the £millions Dome fiasco was also a Tory brainchild and was set off via them however it took the labour party to off load, and also to make money. Likewise also the 'London Eye'. That has reeked in a fortune. So much so that it is now to be a permanent Fixture.

'Sure Start' has enable 1000's to be able to work. Income Tax was the lowest ever.

We now have Dentists that can see and treat you. Doctors and nurses increased vastly in real terms. More operations than ever in ALL departments than ever before.... Even after the ruinous devastation of the 'Evil Cow'!

What was that famous quip regards the peasants not have health / Dental treatment / seeing doctors. 'Your forefathers managed with out then.... '!

labour also steadied the rising costs of prescriptions. Fact.

Just one operation, besides any of the above was more than enough to have voted Gordon back in. Many with, with out the slightest doubt, rue the day that they voted the Chameleon in! Mark my words!
