think about this you were basketing youngbirds in a hot day and how many were you puting in your crates a lot of these yongbirds would be getting dehydrated before they got to race point how many would take a drink if they could get to drinkers that is probaly what has happened today seen it yesterday was out fishing at my fisherie just south of sutra hill when a batch of 12 youngbirds landed looking for a drink this is the problem to many in baskets and birds cant get to drinkers

24/28 now the birds are still working in ...i think they were liberated at least 2 hours too early...

The birds were put up far too early

I can't understand why some controllers want them up so early especially from the shorter races. Different if the weather is closing in gone are the days of the doos not being home before dinner time.

The Balerno HS would like to give a big thank you to John Jamieson the Almond Valley convoyer for the excellent returns in the club. Once again his timing of the liberation was first class. John must be one of the best convoyers in Scotland.

Can I say something without getting my head bitten of .....does fanciers think when training it's best to get them up as ASAP to have a better chance of dodging the bop .maybe this is what race controllers think aswell .but I'm maybe wrong
