  4. I am in a position to offer some Gaby Vandenabeele youngsters, due to work commitments I am no longer taking the next round from my breeders and the young bird loft doors are now closed. My Gaby breeders are bred by M&D Evans and Mike Lycett from their very best and I mean best, direct children from their chapion breeders and racers. They will be ready in the next 5-10 days. Nice cheap price £40 each for a quick sale. To keep within the guidlines set by the webmaster, I fly in partnership as Mr & Mrs C Little from Eastriggs, breeding info is as above and full comphrehensive details will be supplied. Please send PM for further info
  5. Jealousy, poor sportsmanship, backstabbing, breakaway clubs ETS - multiple clocking of dozens of birds Pigeon Dealers More emphasis now on how much a bird wins as opposed to its performance Red Tape I could go on
  6. Brilliant news, certainly a lot better than treking down to Crewe. Now that there is a section M, will this race marking station be available for other NFC races

  8. We got 6 direct in 1999. They turned out to produce the best sprinters we have ever owned, they were frightening. ;D ;D

  10. The SNFC was once regarded as the best long distance club in the UK, now it seems to cater for sprinters as well. Inland races are fine, having won one ourselves but the adrenalin kicks in when we race over the channel, can you imagine the uproar from our forefathers decades ago if it was suggested to them there was going to be inland nationals in their time.

Thats right Sammy, just about every member of the public had heard of Rennes and Nantes which they all knew were associated with our great hobby. Even now many workmates still talk of Rennes and Nantes.... Before anyone jumps up and down, I am not discrediting anyone who has done well from the alternative racepoints, we were once 3rd Open Chenoise but they dont seem to hold the same magic and romance as the mighty names of Rennes and Nantes. Why are these racepoints no longer used by even our English comrades
