very sad day rip pal
-
if we get any snfc races I think it will probably only be the 2 inland ones and possably the young bird national
-
some north section birds are 400 miles to buckingham a big ask to get birds ready/fit enough by the 1st weekend in july remember were not allowed to race till the 18th of june at the earliest
-
sorry alan but you need to record the trainers on a race sheet , along with race rubber numbers , this was put in place years go , even before DEFRA said it had to be done its to identify any given bird on the transporter if stopped and checked , im not sure but I think a copy of race sheets, ets print outs, and a copy of vaccination forms are also required to be on the transporter , im sure I will be corrected if im wrong ,

I got the same email but it says its only closed to visitors everything else is running as per normal OFFICE CLOSED TO VISITORS - IMPORTANT NOTICE Due to the current coronavirus situation we would advise that the SHU Office will be closed to the public from MONDAY 16th March until further notice. We will continue to operate as normal in so far as processing your mail, e.mails and telephone enquiries but ask that you DO NOT come in person to the Office. I am sure you will understand that members visit the office from all areas of Scotland and we feel it is sensible to take this measure under the circumstances. Not all members regularly access their e.mails. so. please oblige by informing anyone in your area that they should not attend the office for the time being Yours sincerely Mrs Linda Brooks Scottish Homing Union Secretary

you obviously know more than me I only asked gibby about getting the scanner up and that's what I was told do you think it was possible McKay picked it up for gibby I think that guy in district club who moved from the plots to his house was 1 cant remember if keith was done then or when rachael was done ,
-
if you remember the fed was getting the scanner up from Edinburgh as a couple of new fed members needed scanning , that's why you had to wait , gibby got it then went round scanning new members lofts , I asked gibby originally and he said he was getting scanner and would be doing them as he was responcable for it originally when the lofts were changed to GPS the secretarys were given the scanners to use ,
-
when did this rule get passed possably in your own fed alan according to the shu all we needed was 2 club members present when GPS scanning was done , preferably your club secretary but it doesn't have to be .

C GRAY also in section E all 3 of you are down as Kirkintulloch is he in another fed / club
-
yes you can with unikon , as long as pocket clock is ok you put it in any unikon base to record your birds
-
remove your clock and put in his one to your base your bird will still record with his clock in the base this is if your using unikon , by the time you change the clocks and get to your pad your bird should already be clocked ,
-
