no need to pay secretarys etc etc , all jobs shared is the way to go , if you don't step up and do your share you don't get your birds put away , abviously some are not fit enough or able to do some of the jobs , but even these guys can be ets checker, basket cleaner, count the birds going into the baskets , deliver the result, be a delegate , also jobs can be split , the sec doesn't or shouldn't have to do everything , the president can organise presentations etc etc , you can have 2 clock setters , etc etc , if everyone who does a job wanted payed for it it would cost a fortune to race and nobody would join/race my club nobody gets payed they only get expenses and these are very rarely claimed , we have 1 sec. 1 pres, 1 treasurer and 2 clock setters ,
