  6. Lack of food would be my thoughts Andy, pigeons are good feeders but should have food in front of them at all times when rearing youngsters

    Roly I'm sure when they say closed loft it means bird unable to exit. Wish all unions used the terminology of the Welsh rules and there would be no misunderstanding, perhaps

    Well my take on that one Mick is, the bird must be confined as it cannot be registered outside a closed trap

    Welsh rules state Pads must not be placed where they can read the electronic chip before the bird is confined within the loft.

    Walter my view is that a lot of the general public don't report lost birds as we all bin them on return, now that is a sad reflection
