Secretary wise Iain any number of reasons can be given for a reassignment of loft number....all of them valid

Rings can be reassigned.......no sure that you need to be unscrupulous to do it

He should get done for fraud and I would imagine thats why there is no comment from the NFC.......alas I feel he would have to admit to loads because an investigation would be costly and evidence skant
