Entry Fee: £5-00 per Loft (2014 Social Circle Membership unless previously paid) Race Entry £1-00 + £1-60 per pigeon. Pools: £2-00 and £1-00 per pigeon; paid out 60%, 30% and 10% 3 Bird Nomination £5-00: paid out 50%, 25% and 15% First prize of £100-00, Second prize £60-00, Third prize £30-00 and Fourth prize £10-00. All Electronic Timing Systems and Manual Clocks will be accepted. Official SHU measurements are required. The distance from Lerwick should be a minimum of 300 miles. The last SHU council meeting I attended a fancier was suspended for not collecting a stray, but it was commented that this was the first time it had been done for some time. Everybody must be collecting their strays, the finders are not pressing the matter or the SHU are not acting on it, I presume.

Had 2 worked in today from Arbroath.

Pigeon reported 18th May, not yet picked up 15th June, I think this guy has been ar..d. I think he has been ar..d around by the owner. Pity the pigeon has to suffer the consequence, but it is the owner who should be castigated not this fella.
