I raised the matter of the FCI Logo at SHU council a few years ago. Initially they felt it would not be cost effective, but John Bird from Prestonpans also mentioned about the Combe's and said there were others. We used to have a deal with the NEHU, but this is now defunct, so we are no longer members of the Federation Colombile International. We are still investigating the matter, but it is not straightforward gaining the required information, neither is it guaranteed that we will be accepted. Without the logo, no pigeon registered after 2015 is accepted into International races. You are still able to race with the BICC or BBC from the International races, however your result will be National only, akin to Federation duplication with the SNFC. Some do it, some just fly with the Fed and therefore do not get on the SNFC result. In the meantime GB rings or, I think, NEHU rings are the only UK rings carrying the FCI Logo.
