Heard someone mention once that they could buy a ..... for £1, but put a label on the bottle with a picture of a pigeon on the label and the cost jumped to £10. There is most times a cheaper method than one specifically directed at pigeon fanciers. For this reason ETS ring prices will not drop. ETS was accepted on the grounds the rings could be read by all systems or some such similar agreement. This has not happened, but I believe the Confederation are attempting to address this. Cost could be the next thing to tackle, but it is better to tackle one thing at a time sometimes.
