    Walter, AGM's are meant to be held within 12 to 15 months from the previous AGM, however, due to Covid 19 this legislation has been suspended. Your other organisation is correct in making its statement. I am in the process of preparing for our AGM, but given the recent rise in cases of Covid 19, I have serious doubts whether it will take place. I am of the opinion that Government legislation takes precedence over the whimsies of pigeon fanciers and the health and financial well-being of the country is more important. We will just have to get on with it. We were extremely lucky to have any racing this year, albeit in retrospect, it might have been better if we hadn't bothered. The Committees who are in place will just have to keep "steering the ship".
