Yesterday i was listening to Talksport , If you want to hear a totally biased crew then this is where to listen, they had England topping the group without question and wales second. with all the permutations that would involve in the later stages of the comp.Well done Wales As a Scot I dont mind the England football team as such but this type of bias makes me squirm lol

Have been reading this thread with interest, the various opinions and reports from down the country all no doubt correct in some form or another. the race controllers and convoyers are only human and have the best interests of both birds and fanciers alike, do they get it wrong ? of course they do at times . but surely every means at their disposal could and should be used , if thats using the guy Appleby or the weather forcasts then use them , . give the guys doing the job praise, I for 1 would never do it . give them the chance to get a clearer picture every race whether its a National or a club/ fed race.. . just out of interest We got 1/2 late on the second day in torrential rain.

I had 8 trainers hit this morning 1/2 a minute after liberating Bassa came out of nowhere and had 3 goes at them right in front of my eyes. luckily all but one returned home physically unscathed and the other covered in some sort of sticky substance, which seemed to wash off with soapy water, hoe he flew on i will never know,
