Parastop from Belgica De Weerd, use that for a few days as soon as you see one holding corn. It will stop most of the sickness in the other birds but takes a week or so before the birds are flying right again.

Theres no need for comments like that, whats wrong with a bit of sympathy for a fellow pigeon racer fife king? And at the end of the day the type of birds people keep is up to them, but if your so concerned let people have some of yours and teach them how to fly them, it isnt that hard is it buddy!

Sorry John i didnt see this till just. hope your race went well, I can tell you that the birds liberated at Hereford yesterday didnt clear none to special, and there were quite large batches still here last evening.

Hope you boys and girls are geting plenty of those birds back this morning and the convoyer has bodyguards for next week! Not nice to hear of things like this you have my sympathy and hope lessons will be learned for all concerned, not least the poor birds themselves!

Well last week was 2nd, 5th, 6th and 9th from 152 birds and now the crowning glory 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th from 153 birds on a hard race. A VERY BIG WELL DONE to you son im well proud of your efforts! Here he is with his First winner!

My son had 22/27 from Blandford 86 miles. Very patchy race with most members only 50% returns. He also broke his novice status by winning 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th in only his 3rd ever race. Well done son!

Great convoying that NOT! I agree its a joke and with all the cloud about 15 mins aint enough gap. Fingers crossed time again i guess!

Pender no worries, i was just having a bit of fun thats all, i know you said you liked them, and they are a little rough in the feather at the moment but its what they are from, and what they can breed that counts in my opinion. Put them in the hands of someone that knows what to look for and i bet they cant fault them! Living proof that beauty doesnt win a race came the day i entered the dads race at my kids sports day hahaha, they were ashamed and didnt speak to me for a week lol Grahamec The birds are sold sorry.

They might be rough looking buggers but they are good pigeons with good reliable blood in them. The bloke that they belong to takes no prisoners, they work hard and if they cant stick it they wouldnt be there i tell you. If its pretty pigeons people want then show racers are the thing, they look good everyday of the year but are as thick as pig s***! Try racing one then you will see looks are skin deep. Pender im glad you like them though, i love an ugly bird too, you should see my wife lol
