A wise man once said 'If we stand back and do nothing, but wait for Goverment to sort things.... nothing happens or will ever change. Change only ever happens when the people step forward and demand'.
  2. Good result.

Does one realise that of all scientist, and dvelopers world wide, over 50% are in the arms warfare game developing warfare. That the African nations in 15 years past have spent £300,000,000,000 yes 3 hundred billion pounds on WARFARE! I give up. No longer am I going to do my head in on politics, when it only amounts to greed of Money and Power, acheived by lies, falsehoods and mass deception.... and of course the exploitattion of those that can't fight back. With death and starvation being of no account! Tories first stroke is to stop acheiving working class from being able to gain university education.... Keep the masses ignorant. Never will so many give so much to so few as the Chameleon and cronies will be doing from now on! More even that the Evil Cow! What else can one expect from a man with access to £330.000.000 personal wealth yet say's he regards himself only as 'Middle Classs'! Yeah right!
  5. Think Chelsea will win. Must be due the 'Cometh back with a Vengence' and Unless they get kicked - or elbowed of the pith will be too hot for United to hold I truely believe.

Well what a sad joke. What a hypocritical joke! A month ago the Chameleon was cuddling and embracing Col. Gaddafi, - Likewise the USA. Wanting to trade and have oil and Gas etc. etc. Made reasons why he was a great leader and honourable man ... and as per usual has change colour and wants to help oust him and be pally with the new regime lol. After making a mock speech regards the terrorist being release and stating he should have died behind bars (I believe he should have too personally) but that was no more than a smoke screen to straddle the fence on obviously, to applease many and fumble excuses to the ignorant masses! . Yep a sick lot. Tis time to let others rule their’ own countries and keep our boys safe and here. I mean do we really think that these leaders care about the treatment of the ‘Taliban’ women! Of course not, it is the Opium and Gas that we want! Don't hear much about our leaders sorting out Macgabbe and his terrible regime in Zimbabwe ... Oh of course NO oil or gain there, he's just an evil tarrent: cry-blow: Mark my words well here the NEXT sortie we are preparing for is the Argentina and Falklands that will have to be blow up.... Yes to protect the rich investors minerals / Gold etc. that this strategic enforceable Fort that is there to guards Full stop.... Only reason the Evil 'Cow' went there in the first place... Likewise why we wish to be in Libyan territory etc. Mind the evil witch did write a letter of complaint to the USA over the killing of 3000 loyal subjects … same reason she went to the Falklands, that no one had ever heard of… To protect our ‘Loyal Subjects’ Strueth and many actually believe it.
  7. Also I believe now the game has go more to having a solid defence and sound spring board to attack from. Nullify and soak up then attack. J.M.O.
  8. Yep for many of them money is no doubt their God. Sad part is the knock on effects, and the so - called role model and preceedures that they set.... a downward spiral. The days of the true great like Edwards / matthew / Lofthouse, Lawson and endless others when they would to play for their country, the pride and self respect; and a wage of £20 - (sixties) are long gone I'm afraid. And mores the pity. No moral fibre left. When a lowlife like Roy Keane- though a great footballer - writes in a book and brags how he delibrately went to cripple and ruin the career of a fellow player is disgusting and revolting. How he thinks it is ok to lash a 13 year old with a leather dog leash, demands the Directors / Managers seat on a plane and refuses to play for his country, when they demand, and get more money to play for their country .... the list is endless, is it any wonder the great game is in the quadmire it is in. No of course not. When Ferguson - great manager -defends the indefendable elbowing of a player they he ran 35 yards to reach, and wasn't involved even in the movement. It is deployable. Doesn't, matter if it's Rooney, or a kid in the play ground - which it will be now - the act is detestable, and to try and spill crap like another 'Witch Hunt' is laughable. He only furthers the Ego's that they are above the laws, and DECENY.

  10. Well saw a good 'Back Page' where Ramalot has stated that his players will have to start 'Toeing' the line, or be out. Now that, to me, means that Anc has their 'Ego' problems to sort out, and maybe his 'Man managerment' is lacking, if the Boss - who is most like the instigator of letting them run amok - has to step in and now Back him!
  11. To score a try, one has to progress forward. Very true and obvious. Outside of the silly kicking up field only to give the ball away and wait as it comes back... Unless one has a dominant line out... Like Scotland did on Sunday. Like wise the 'Up and Under' that was, and still can be a very good ploy. Tactics eh! Yes spoils a lot of sports etc. And the excuse is not deployable if one wins. Bad for the game often I feel though ... like watching paint dry. Yet Owen you must have noticed England have only scored on drop goal... 1 out of one that has been done, Johnny Wilko of course. However there are 3 - 5 players well apt and well capable in the English side that can do this. So it is nice to see them concentrating on 'Tries, containing and building on a defence. Australia's biggest gripe when England beat them in the W/C final was 'How can you win a game of Rugby on drop kicks....' But the records show 'England won etc. Another great 'Runner of the Ball' we have is Care... being kept under wraps Amite and his style hampered. But he will soon be running in tries. The likes of Ashton, like all good sportsmen, are born, and mostly with a mite of savvy. Flood / Young work well together, Ashton and Care etc. They are 'Match Winners' and capable of turning the game at any point. They are inspirational and getting well disciplined too. Not giving away too many silly penalties… yes still some which so that needs to be tightened up on. So a bright future could well be on the way for us. Certainly we are now the best we have been since we started to rebuild after the 'World cup' win. Too many players over the top, or would have been; yet irreplaceable straight off I feel. But time was needed to give this crop their' head etc. Patience was / is the virtue. I think Ireland, for instance, will have to rebuild for 3 years time. We don't really have the class in depth to be able to instantly replace.... But is every countries dream, or nightmare. I thought Wales ‘Know How’ was the deciding factor against Italy. Two Tries that were lucky as Both the Ref got wrong and could have halted proceedings. One for ‘Blocking’ and a knock on that went Backwards towards their’ own half. Perhaps they like Scotland lack a few ‘Big Boys’ and rely on speed.
  12. Due to the water shortage in Ireland , Dublin swimming baths have announced they are closing lanes 7 and 8. Thank you.
  13. Very True Owen. Mind I thought, though, that in terms of Nullifying each other it was a superb tactical game. Horses for Courses etc. and a win is after all what both teams needed / wanted, and possibly deserved, due to their disapline and team work. Infact I thought in the latter that France was more solid in that regards.... perhap too much so and that may have cost them dear. Of course an open game would have been very entertaining and high scoring no doubt whoever won. But we must remember, I believe, that both are preparing and moving forward with the World Cup in mind as the ultimate prize. So of course boring if clever, when needed, tactics will always raise it's ugly head. Feel it has to to be able to handle and beat all kinds of opposition. Johnson, took over and was / is given time, to weld a side that can compete with the best, regardless how they may or may not fare.
  14. Won't care what sort it is... with Rhubard Juice, or salt in lard on them, they won't ever come back. Mind I do like the Canaries on twigs behing Glass.... but have to be careful when you pick them up that your foot does stand on it's head like. Nah they don't even an head ache.

    Confessions

A guy goes into the confessional box after years of being away from the Church. He pulls aside the curtain, enters and sits down. There's a fully equipped bar with crystal glasses, the best wine, Guinness on tap, cigars and liqueur chocolates nearby, and on the wall a fine photographic display of buxom ladies, who appear to have mislaid their garments. He hears a priest come in: "Father, forgive me for it's been a very long time since I've been to confession and I must admit that the confessional box is much more inviting than it used to be". To which the priest replies..."Get out, you idiot. You're on my side".
  17. I think Ireland will win it.... 8 to 10 points I'd say. Ireland will be just overall too strong and compact for them. Yes Scotland will most likely score a try... but whilst we thought Ireland weren't going to be the force of recent times, I feel the Scots disapoint.... especially after the promise shown, and the belief that they had finally arrived. Sadly they have let them slfs down. Think they will win the wooden spoon personally. Yes they show show sgns of brilliance, and flair, but just in the oft patches and can't sustain any momentum .... In my opinion. J.M.O.

  21. Well Owen, regards the '.... As usual the pre match commentators spoiled it by their constant talk about England....' You must have turn the sound off during the Wales V Italy game with embarrasment lol. Commentors Johnathon Davies so terribly bias and guffered constant tripe and only saw the Welsh moves.... and so exaggereted too! Gosh the times he said, and ouzed on about World Class moves and sheer Class and world class this and that was a joke. Well all I can say he was he watching a different game than the rest of Europe! Was most deployable in the highest in terms being Bias. But then again we have that EVERY time he spouts. But funnily enough his last quote was typical, and right when his finished with 'Wales should have done better, and won by more... But it was the MISSED 'Kicks' that cost Italy the game... failed on at least 6 to convert... so in that respect he was right. But was enjoyable and tension watching game. Thought England overall were the better side and deserved their win personally. Both were class that nullified each other wll at times. Not far off the elete sides now I feel ... hope lol.
