  1. Yes they still need Magistrates / Search Warrents. like a dawn raid on a property for any other rweason / Drugs, etc. etc. You are also entitled to have a Solictor, or legal representative present before they can carry out any search if YOU so desire. Never mind any spouting that they may make. Otherwise if asked and refuse / no warrent etc. then the search is illegal and any half decent lawyer will have it chucked out of any court pronto.
  2. Yep, after the tossers let themselves and their' Nation down so badly after / at / and during the World cup, I think there is a sense of purpose awaiting and something to prove. I see some good players have been dropped, and pulled up. These apparently will never have the chance to dishonour, let alone play for their' country again - and deservedly so! I think these young bloods will excell. They are good in their' own right of course, if lacking obviously IN expierence. I think Mr Johnson did a good job as manager, but was let down via the C$ap heads. Think he still wanted to be 'One of the Boys'. Quite rightly a new broom has done what was wanted and deserved. :002: :002:
  3. No. Nor the council. Notice must be given and a Magistrates court order. But B*ll Sh*t baffles brain and most bear under the preasue... and mostly know no different.
  4. Think they are scimpping a bit too much on the money to get me lol... will stick to 'vander pluckers United' lol
  5. Well just yesterday Alex was stating Rooney would be playing against Chelsea. A pinch of salt or what. Nary a mention here yet :emoticon-0138-thinking: Be a bad move if true as that would mean Capello with see it as a reason why he had to start in a England shirt. Mind as I always state he is a world class club player. FULL STOP.

    Sparrow Hawks

May well be a no go. But I bet nigh everyone will, or has already wasted £25 on something all ready not worth the try. OK it may not work, or for long, but if it does, even for a short time, and saves a few being eaten, then it is a must for £24. I had two hawk attacks, in 2005 ... they went - the hawks - but may well buy and give in a go incase I get suprised. Yep, I know they may have a last supper, but no supper if possible must be better

    Sparrow Hawks

Well the reality is £24 is not a lot of dosh to take a punt with. One spends more on a youngster, etc. which if eaten is dear and not so good. This may, - may not granted - save a few loft mates being eaten.... so not a lot to take a chance on with nothing to lose and everything to gain I feel.
  8. I must be a greedy git then.... I'd certainly eat that mouthful and more lol
  9. http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=6Cf7IL_eZ38&vq=medium Some maybe....
  10. Been know now to chase and enter the loft then bust out through Traps. Many say they fly past them into the loft. I always had a baseball bat at back door. Must remember to renew. Had two Hawks about 4 years back attack ... both then left me well alone. Think a little deterrent upon the birds is always needed. Wether out flying / training or racing.
  11. Love it :002:
  12. Doesn't that just show how sick the Society, and 'Do Gooders Arte'?! Yes no one can argue with the realism and logic there.

    Hilarious

True... was speaking to the President of the Rabbie Burns Society in Corby - Called 'Mini Scotland'. I said that to get the full force and depth and appreciation of Rabbie Burns one has to have a good narrator speaking, He said 100% true, is why why available, and costs he / they always get one with a broad dialect of Aryshire etc. But a broad Scottish dialect still serves it purpose. Hence why the rest of the world don't appreciate him fully, can't understand a word, let alone able to decipt6her when reading lol :emoticon-0123-party: But undoubtedly a great.

    So True

David Cameron was visiting a Glasgow primary school and the class was in the middle of a discussion related to words and their meanings. The teacher asked Mr Cameron if he would like to lead the discussion on the word 'Tragedy'. So our illustrious leader asked the class for an example of a 'Tragedy' A little boy stood up and offered: 'If my best friend, who lives on a farm, is playing' in the field and a tractor runs over him and kills him, that would be a tragedy.' 'Incorrect,' said Cameron. 'That would be an accident.' A little girl raised her hand: 'If a school bus carrying fifty children drove over a cliff, killing everybody inside, that would be a tragedy.' 'I'm afraid not',explained Cameron, 'that's what we would refer to as a great loss'. The room went silent. No other children volunteered. Cameron searched the room. 'Isn't there someone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?' Finally, at the back of the room, little Johnny raised his hand and said: 'If a plane carrying you and Mr. Clegg was struck by a 'friendly fire' missile & blown to smithereens, that would be a tragedy.' 'Fantastic' exclaimed Cameron, 'and can you tell me why that would be a tragedy?' 'Well', said Johnny, 'it has to be a tragedy, because it certainly wouldn't be a great loss, and it probably wouldn't be a f....ing accident either!'
  15. Aye, another tasty morsel for them eh! :emoticon-0123-party:
  16. Aye a posh git... and I bet he cuts it neatly into squares too lol

    Ideas

Good idea... And have the roofs sloping towards the front... then you will see instantly if there are any undisables on top. Can have a gutter too, under a guuter cover. And for any drainage, any water running into a foot of gravel will just go straight through.
  18. Nothing short of what I'd expect from Jimmy. Superb.
  19. What do they Burn tonight then? :emoticon-0138-thinking:
  20. I thought, as read, that Goldern Boy pulled out because the main two that could shed light, and indeed were the very reason of the hearing WASN'T going to be there.
  21. Unless the Club has the Master etc. and is the main one don't bother. Ray Knight etc. and after service is a very sad joke. In our club three of us tried for 2 seasons to be able to use. Nothing any good. I sold mine of cheap and got the bricon. A national winner and friend of Ray couldn't get any satifation either last season ... lol and behold Ray was down there to help and got sorted. Old pals act. Lynsay, best stay well clear of. Yes the Pocket etc. etc. are very good and enterprising IF you can get it working in the club. So unless it's a Unikon club, U'll be conned.
  22. Think I agree with John. He should have been sharper than to be didled. I am always of the opinion that if you want the title Fight for it and win it! Paterson didn't do that... but on the otherside Khans' defence of the title was shambollic to say the least so he got what his should have been aware of...
  23. Oh yes he has. Still waiting to see what his excuse will be now! had welched after spout he would give a return, but of course after the replys watched by his handlers, they will undoubtedly give him a wide berth.
  24. Think the money would buy a Electric fence and everyone would be happy ... except the cats that sulk and stay away lol
