Race delayed - so no basketing today - Huntingdon 160 miles Raced 32 the last two weeks, but first back home last week had to wait 17 minutes for her cock bird - so he can stay at home this week, as yet undecided though
Especially at this time of the year - living on the coast xc weather has the wind as East ENE or NE - and wall to wall sunshine I live right on the coast - and this wind usually means fog and mist and poor visibility in April (and May and June usually...!!) and NOT wall to wall sunshine Any thoughts anybody?
Our club has this printer - anybody know which connection is used ( on the back of the base station) when installing the printer driver? There is a choice of about 10!! SELECT CONNECTION Select the port your printer is connected to COM1 COM2 COM3 COM4 FILE: LPT1 LPT2 LPT3 SHRFAX USB001 XPS Port UNIKON offer no help....! We are assuming that - because it is a parallel port - it will be one of the LPT options - any help anyone? (Parallel port to printer - and parallel port to base station - it will not be connected directly to the laptop)
Short reply is no - had to go into the loft and catch the little blighters then scan them losing lots of time - but wouldn't have been anywhere anyway as it happens
If I pass birds over the pads - they register (both sensors) despite the system saying '1 sensor OK' But one of the pads has to go under the trap (there is a shelf for pad to sit on) but the sensor pad is not picking up the rings any more through the wooden floor of the trap (it always has done in the past)
Have 2 sensors - says '1 sensor OK' Swapped them about and both actually work - but for some reason the rings are not registering through the floor of the trap (they have done for the last 4 years - and no alterations have been made) So neither sensor is working in the trap - but they are working when not in the trap - suggestions? (can't take the trap apart....!) PS - Birds away at a race - and its the main roundabout loft that is the problem (hubby is on the transporter....!!)
