was a great success john with a final total about £1200 pounds for 26 birds which is a great return and will be put to good use on club house refurbishments,well done to all who gave and also bought doos. :)

my fancy with the LSC from otterburn is the only sprint pigeon we have in the loft being a janssen he has been our first doo home in a lot of races from 60 - 230 miles the past 2 seasons and has also won a race in the LSC,always first from training and first in to the dookit,so thats the reason why he is our pooler today!!!!!! ps bought for 14 pounds at the central scotland 3 bird club sale bred by president alex watson. :) good luck to all racing today.

naw frank left the doos to auld john and edith, :D not that long home had a cracking day and did not think anyone would beat the south africans but melrose were great in the final. :) :)

off this morning with my wee brother to the melrose sevens,the weather looks promising and with teams from new zealand, scotland and south africa should be a good day. :) :)
