think its a hard question to answer as some fanciers are just into sprint and the next one long distance minded . i also so think its nothing to do with how much nationals they have won . in my opinion there is no one close to jim donaldson he tops the fed from the short to middle and in the long distance racing there is no equal to him . wonder how much national he would of won if he stayed in the south of the country .

north of scotland fed show 29th of november devornside socail club banff.

can anyone put me on to someone who flies this strain as there is a fellow club member after some thanks robbie.

in the north of scotland fed there is 155 members and the best club this year in the fed imo is fraserburgh west end winning 8 fed trophies also topping the fed from 2 out of the 3 longest races.

when i moved in to my present adress the first thing i did was build a loft for my pigeons . my next door neighbour being a snot complained to the council about them next thing i knew after weeks of phone calls and letters telling me to take my loft down and get rid of my pigeons which i refused to do . next letter i got was one threating me my wife and 1 year old daughter with evection from our house . what i did was phone the head guy from the council from my area and ask him to come round to my house to see me which he did . when he came round to my house after i put my point across to him i said go on then go out and kill all my pigeons thats the only way you,ll get rid of them because i,m not doing it the only other option you,ve got is take the loft down and the pigeons will stay on the house roof its your call he said leave it with me that was 13 year ago and never heard a squeak since . touch wood

must agree with king billy i myself have won the old bird averages 4 out of the last 5 years and because of my loft location will hardly ever be on the fed result on the short races but when we cross the border 200 mile plus i,ll never be far away .

well done guys winning any averages is a job well done.

tam our fed the north of scotland is by road east to west about 100 mile and north to south about 35 mile as you see a well spread out een also must say a cracking fed to fly in .

got 1 grizzle tam you wanting him 2 reds and a mele cracking looking and handling doos but i just could,nt get them going up here .looks are deceiving proves the basket is the pedigree

with what i saw of you over in belguim tam you should be in shottts. ;D ;D

raced 7 of them this old bird season pure and crossed did,nt do anything for me still got 2 left also 4 stock that will be getting shifted on in the winter .

dont know if this will help any of you guys but thought i,d post it anyway . in the north of scotland fed when we cross the border fly from this race points . ripon -rotherham-newark - leicester - and hastings and we always have good races from them all. yours robbie.
