He is a very good Manager and has done very well over the years with lesser sides. He done a very good job at Leicester winning a cup, he had 5 great years at Celtic and in Europe gave a very good account of themselves. Then Villa for 2/3 seasons top 6 premiership. If given time at Sunderland he would have done well too.....its a pity. Michael O'Neil on his way out ...Martin could be the next N.Ireland manager. He gets the best from his players no matter how average they are. atb Mick
