With the changing weather due to so called climate change is it not time we think about racing mid week when the weather seems to be at its best. Our birds seem to be let up Sat/Sun/ Taking chances that they do not need too . How many birds have been lost this year due to the weather our Fed race on Sat was a disaster with very few bird making it on the day The birds were liberated to late then they run into bad weather on there last 100 mile from home . Not good enough The weather today is magic they could have flown the same race today in good weather with better returns I just think its worth thinking about???

The state of the nesting area littered with old bits of rotten pigeon meat lying around bount to cause some kind of health hazard . Maybe they should be reported tothe Health and Safety people as the students at the university could be at some kind of risk
