I think it’s a good idea as there’s a chance to get new people to be aware of this hobby, one suggestion is the social media and Internet is one way to step forward and I would like to do this but I’m in Scotland so RPRA is no use. I’m a young guy and think that technology in this century is one way to grab new members.

  5. One baby had a twisting head not correcting it’s head I had to put him down

I will get my local fancier I know to come and see what’s wrong and I noticed some pairs are yearlings so they might be not feeding them correctly and my 2 year old pairs are bringing up their baby well, it’s just heartbreaking when I see some die and I had to put one down myself so with my local hope he can shed light what I could do.

  8. Old birds look healthy and been wormed before breeding but there is some watery droppings round the nest also some on ground is this a virus?
  9. Hello Pigeon people erm I have a big concern I have lost 4 babies this week in nest some have survived until 7-8 days then died and one was head floppy I had to put that one out of misery. Is this young bird sickness? Some of my babies are fine and thriving but I’m worried is this a bug going about killing some off. Any advice would be greatful

  15. I'm going natural too but like to race hens then cocks and so on and I'm doing young bird racing too
  16. I let my Pigeons out in winter as it shows them the weather whatever comes to them I only don’t let them out if it’s strong wind but come rain or snow even they get to be out, cos when it comes to the racing season they need to learn our changing british weather on their way home.

    Not good I had a few killed by hawks last year but so far they not hanging around much

  21. All paired up January and now sitting on eggs some have not laid yet so expecting first batch mid Feb and March
  22. Date for 2019 is 19-20th of January ok hope that helps
  23. Ouch I was at show on Saturday but never expected anything like this to happen
  24. Ouch that’s cruel I prefer humane traps and put mice somewhere else
