Regarding my post about the Bricon Ets problem, I am trying to help a friend from a neighbouring club. I would also like to answer some of Roland's questions, Firsty, yes we have contacted the agent by phone on numerous occasions, as he is based in Birmingham and doesn't have hands on contact with computer is very difficult and so far hasn't been able to help. Secondly, Nobody is blaming anybody for this problem and for Roland to come to the conclusion that I am " somewhat to blame and out of order " is actually rather insulting, if anybody is " out of order" then I can only say " Roland it the hat fits wear it" Thirdly, My own club have used the Unikon Sytem for years and have always had first class service when any problems arose. Thanks to all who tried to help and I am sure we will eventually get to the bottom of this problem.
