John if you can remember at the AGM , because of the cost of last years race ,2 transporters goin to race when 1 would have done ,they said it was because there wasn't enough time to sort baskets etc to send the one lorry and I'm sure it was said and agreed to go a day earlier to cut costs .

Agree with you rab 100% , but he youngsters at about to start , why do we race our youngsters when Percy has its young out hunting ,or is it the other way round ,they have the young out hunting when food is plenty full , Fkn crazy , I know fanciers wont do it but , we could start by not racing youngsters for a few years ,the fkrs would starve . My old silver hen was a tad lucky today ,she landed at 10.40 ,never moved on top of the loft , I looked up and a hen Percy was about50 ft above her looking down at her , she never moved for 15 mins when Percy went away she was in like a bullet . Apart from that all are home safe and sound , now for clermont .

I looked last night John only around 100 or just over. Doing more than 40 mph , they don't look as if they are getting it good , 400 pigeons on and it's 800 yds / min
