Just been reading July issue magazine,something which I very rarely do,usually straight into the bin.A GREAT DEAL FROM SKY.As from August 1st.they will be increasing my my download speed to 10Mb, marvellous , because of the distance I live from the exchange the MAXIMUM I can get is 1.2Mb so I'm no better off.They are now because of this GREAT PACKAGE, DECREASING my download from 40 Gig/month to 10 Gig.Thank you for you kind consideration. Who's your provider,what's your download limt and how much is it. It's only a couple of month ago that I was saying what a great deal SKY was.Opinions can change VERY fast. Lindsay C. PS. Agree with you there Jimmy,done a little alteration to my young bird loft and they've changed for the better,it's a pleasure watching them in the sky.IMO.In this day and age I'm affraid that treatment is a part of racing pigeons,there are not many pigeon reach a ripe old age these days,saying that you always get the odd one or two but of the thousands bred the percentage as got to be very low.Some people are lucky for some reason and seem to keep clear of ailments maybe they have a secret and maybe they have a secret and don't know it,whatever it is please feel free to pm me.Lindsay

It happened to me this year with young birds.Got a call " hi mate i've got one of your y.bs." I duly collected it a blue hen with a purple marker.Two weeks later the same fancier "Hi mate that y.bs. back".I knew there was one missing so off I went to collect it.Different pigeon pencil cock ,makes you wonder why they do it.Lindsay

Hi mate ,sorry about the losses,quite a few A rings here in West Cumbria,hopefully there will be four liberated in Newcomnock on Thursday,some that my mate and I have collected. I always have raced my young birds ,but looking at last weeks results there will have been some cracking youngsters lost,our club had 140 away and on doing clocks nearly three hours after the first birds arrived there were 80/90 missing.If it's a bad forecast this weekend I think they'll be staying in the loft for the remainder of the season. Hi mate , i've got the ordinary type with an electric light at th mo..I must admit I find it difficult to see through the eyepiece and will probably be buying one of these as the image is displayed on your computer screen.Probably frighten my self with it. Lindsay.

I've decided to retire my old timer,lost count of the prize cards he's had,but he's been a good ,mostly reliable bird for me .Been over the water several times,1st. Fourgers,3rd Lessay, 1st.Messac this year but must admit only one away in the club but he was 25th Fed, 2 X 1st Portsmouth,2nd Portsmouth beaten by his son and other tickets .Just thought I would show you a photo of him,he's eight year old and has a pair of young birds in the nest.Bred off Dick Balwin barkers and often throws a silver hen,but not in this nest.Lindsay
