I done a clean up on my comp.When I go onto any site that I have to sign in to internet explorer doesn't ask me if I want the computer to remember what I've entered.The computer remembers my user name but not my password.Anyone got any ideas.Lindsay C

I always used aniseed oil but find it difficult to get hold of so I now use olbas oil.The pepper pot idea is a good one.Lindsay

The feed tin a great thing for taming ,as Tony says soap there wings,when I was younger we use to make a harness to go over one wing then when you put the birds back into the loft they could still fly to their perches.Put them in a basket or crate where they can see the garden and most of all the front of the loft,miss feeding them for a couple of days(or very short ration) when you do feed them sit in the loft with them and make them feed out of your hand.Any that don't feed out of your hand get nothing,They'll soon get the hang of it. Hi Oen ,I've the same problem with Mealy pieds.A few years ago I bought some cracking Van Reets,one pair in particular bred mealies,mealy pieds ,blue pieds and blues,every mealy pied i've lost off the loft,mealies,blue pieds score just for the hell of it and the blues come home ????????? Lindsay. PS.This is the first season i've had any reds and red pieds,so far so good.

Set off with 32 missed first race due to having had ybs and what's this you've got written down"please dont count hawk attacks...just losses through normal causes".I now consider that's a normal cause where I live.How do you know what's happened to them on a training toss,hawk or clashes ?? Anyhow have 18 away at the moment and 1 in the loft,tell you better after 1 o'clock.Lindsay

I've been plagued with young bird sickness and will not be sending this weekend,looking at the weather for Saturday at the race point and in Cumbria I don't think I would have sent if the birds had been ok.Lindsay.
