to me its a simple problem peter if you dont train them even short tosses and put them straight into a race its pure luck what and how many comes the right way home m8 get the old head back on jmo the east boys can get away with doing that stuff they have the hand rail all the way home lol

i agree with vince not the race but maybe the race point but also the video of the lib clearly shows a very strong wind blowing from left to right across the transporter catching the birds and battering many into the ground on one side and blowing them towards a nearby road with a lorry passing at the other side of the transporter we dont see if the birds got across the road without being hit or not so who knows but it looks obvious that the wind strenth was not taken into consideration at the lib site there was no way the birds that hit the ground with such force were going to fly 550 miles after that the snrpc had a much better race im i correct in thinking they lib at a different lib site if not why were our birds not libbed at the same time as them which would have made sence something stinks about this lib imo and peoples best birds have suffered for it did not want to comment before as i was still hurting with anger but the video of the lib tells the tale for me incompetence simple as that and far to many people with there finger in the pie on race days

fook sake george you have to much time on yer hands pal the cheating bassa but its ok he is sorry

now days its an achievement to have birds left to compete in every race which is a sad fact of how our sport going but to be competitive in every race club fed and national is very hard and its much easier to choose one or the other or if you just have a small team only send to the races that interest you most that way if you win your king for a day if you dont you can always say aye but i only had six away lol

this season has been my worst in the past ten years but will be my sixth year on the trot winning the old bird average lost a life times work at reims not seen a feather from the six best birds ive ever owned but still live in hope some will turn up and ive no dout another star will shine next year but to be fair i did not put the same work into my club racers and was happy to see jim getting a turn in the early races made a few mistakes this year to but that will be sorted next year always learning but since a small boy starting in pigeons have been of the opinion that the old bird average winner was the best flyer in the club but also learned many good birds are lost chasing averages as your birds need to be on the ball every week and you are tempted to send birds that should not be sent or should be stopped and put by for next year we all do it and sometimes pay the price ive tried to teach jim if you cant afford to lose a bird dont send it simple but at the end of the day you have to beat your club members first before you start thinking of the big picture and its great on presentation night a national ticket is what it is a position in one race and great to get one but your club is the bread and butter imo but if your birds are flying well in the club and you set them up for the nationals the following year your national tickets will come if you have the right birds for the job but its a long year for a few national races if you dont get one so flying well in your club can make a bad season not so bad try telling jim or any trophy winners on presentation night when he goes up for his cup he has had a bad season lol if you win any trophy in a decent sized club you have won more than your share and is something to build on so well done all trophy winners in all clubs

thanks for the concern lads lol seems to be overheating then switches off driving me nuts think my old hen is going to treat me as she is fed up with wires everywhere cant get the hoover in there she said im getting you a lap top better be a 48 screen i said and its taken me ages to to get used to this one so watch this space hope everyone is behaving them self and having better luck than me thought id try switching off at the mains and leaving it off for a night seems to have helped but i wont hold my breath bst of luck with the youngbirds guys take care

imo there is a problem with the columbo vac vaccine made in the last year or so and that is why it has been taken off the market
