sparko i gave the enroflox for 14 days in one section and 21 day in another before i seen any real improvement at one ml to one liter any that did not respond in that time i put down found some take longer than others to get over it and was 4 weeks before all were 100 per cent clear but i also had paramixo at same time so vacinated them all again in the first week hope this is of help to you m8

just another ploy to get you to buy more feed imo andy years ago fanciers would not use beans unless they where 2 years old m8 as long as the feeding is bone dry it should be fine

a deff yes for me m8 thats the way i plan it every season if its possible and no hesitation of pairing him to his best daughter always breed back to the the winning pigeons untill they show weakness or stop winning then bring in the best breeding or winning pigeon you can afford from the best winning loft you can fined would say this is the best advice i was ever given but you have to fined your best winner or breeder first once you have it id stop it and build your team around it its hard to get good winners but its even harder to get good breeders of winners

guys aint got the money to pool in club and fed every week george even the guys that are working no one likes a punt more than me m8 and we have great pools in our club but its falling away a bit now to many old guys oap and guys not working in every club now one thing i learned early on with pooling is club first then section as thats who you need to beat first then the open if you realy fancy your bird dont think you would get the support for a weekly fed pool thats all but id be in it if i have the money and even sometimes when i dont lol but i try to put money away every week for my gamble in the national races but im a heavy punter in fed to you will know by your own club most will not put 2 pounds on an all pooler never mined 9 pound a week plus club

i only breed from my stock birds and best racers 90 percent of my yearlings are used as feeders so i can get as many off my best pairs as possible ive been inbreeding and line breeding for the past 10 years or so using five or six different lines of my family of birds if they stop winning ill bring in another winning line of the same family but so far so good

nothing wrong with the pools as they are george and the west section of our fed has always been the the best poolers in our fed for years fact m8 keep the money in the section where the guys that put it on get the benifit imo

true pat but everyone has there opinion on east v west m8 its never ending and no easy fix always someone has advantage in a fed so long and broad wind will always play a big part in open positions giving birds a position because the wind blew them them the right way is abit much like i said good fanciers will always be there about but the wind 9 times out of ten will determin the best open positions

sorry paul dont agree on that point m8 im afraid lanarkshire fed is now the same as the national imo we over this side look to win our club and section a good open position is a bonus most times its a different race in each section of the fed not blaming anyone its the way the racing is unless a strong eastwind lanarkshire birds come out the east most fed results will tell you that how we change that i dont know and i think if we had first 50 or so on an open result it will show it even more the best fanciers in any section will always hold there own but the guys in the best locations will dominate an open result jmo but guys in the wrong sections dont help matters the fed has to police it but like i said before the wind and your loft location will always play a big part in the open result in any race and that has not changed over the years and west section pigeons seem to be breaking farther and farther to the east of the fed dont know if its the hills the hawks or what is causing the problem the front of our fed is no longer first drop its now the eastside that are first drop as any fed result will tell you good doo men will get there turn but the first open positions are very few and far between unless its an east wind and thats not a good wind for anyone as we can all have horrific races in an east wind to many empty perches for me but its not so bad when racing from the east everyone has there own opinion on the east west thing this is just mine and thats all ill say on this as its something no one can win if we talked about it for years i was 11th open national last year and 5th open national this year two good pigeons as they have both done it before but not a snowballs chance in hell would they have got those open positions if it had not been east winds both times and our fed is the same only thing in out favour is with climate change we are getting a lot more east winds which may even it up a bit but too many empty perches for me as some birds just cant handle an east wind

correct imo danny same way there can be 50 or more birds in fav positions in a snfc race before the section winner of other sections time in the wind and loft position determins where the bulk of the open positions will be allways has allways will and the odd bird that is the acception to the rule and wins once in 20 or 30 year against the wind gives the guys that sit in the best positions the amo to spout there crab so and so done it in nineteen canteen which they think makes it all ok theres good pigeons and good pigeon men in every section fed and national but for open positions in both your loft location is everything lets not be kidded

i agree with you george but clubs should also tell fed sec when paying fed dues that new members loft is in a different section from the rest of club and that this has been explained to the new member that he will not get section prizes in his new clubs section but should get section prize for the section his loft is in problem solved

as someone allready said on here there will always be someone just out dell as they say you have to draw the line some where m8 but the men at the top should be sorting this as rab says it should be where your loft is in a section not the club you are in jmo

your right again rab so snfc should be sorting that out but think they did have a prob this year but dont know if the guy had just put down the wrong section on his sheet or could have been a wee mistake by snfc but it held up the ypres money if i remember right

i would agree with the the fed that its up to the clubs who they let in and are prepaired to let fly for there club prizes thats club business but not if the clubs involed are taking in guys that are in different sections of the fed as it then affects everyone in that section and they have no say so in this case its fed business imo if not burnbank club can let a dozen airdrie guys in next year and no one in the westsection can do a thing about it aye right time it was sorted im sure you would win your case at the shu only takes one to object but no one wants to do that and look the bad guy thats why it should be taken out the clubs hands if the person they let in has there loft in a different section boundry from the mother club if the club and new member accept they are only competing for fed prizes in the section that there loft sits fine but the fed must be the overseer imo or its wide open to abuse

if its the same guy its a different case alltogether the man was not in any other section or club he was a novice that aplied to a westsection club and was excepted which as i said should not be a problem but the fed should say what section he can compete in so not the mans fault imo its not a problem if your a s t flyer only if your a good doo man and start winning you have a problem thats why i say the fed should say what section you compete in not the section the clubs in as clubs are opening there boundry to try and get more members the sections become a bit of a joke and leave us wide open to problems with guys getting in the back door to gain advantage so this should be sorted at fed level jmo

thats a shame but like i said the guy must have had his reasons

never heard that one tam but can see see why someone in centre would want in the west cant see the reason for someone in the centre wanting in the east section they would be worse off unless the loft poition is good but would agree with you both all sections in fed are needing looked at nothing wrong with clubs letting guys in that are not in that clubs section but they should only get fed prize for the section there loft is in and in these situations the fed should be telling the member what section he is in by using the fed boundries simples imo and it would stop all the back biteing

thats a strange one from robert but i dont know where his loft position is but the man must have his reasons
