I had a Ch Cock that jumped the first round of eggs every year, normally when sitting about 5 days. The hen would sit a further few days and desert also. {Different hen every year } As it was my best racing cock, I would float his eggs under feeders. When the hen laid her second round of eggs, the pair sat the full incubation period and reared the youngsters as normal.

A lot of fantastic pigeons on this result. You've just mentioned your own hen Mick scoring 3 times in the Gold Cup. Feenie's game hen, Strathclyde Lass going on to win her Gold Award in 1981. Newcombe Brothers 14th Open winner, Little Miss Muffet followed it up by winning Avranches the following year, when they did the 1, 2 , 3.
