Sorry to hear this Walter, I understand how u feel i have currently lost four young birds and also got 1 with the *expletive removed* ripped clean out and all in the past three weeks or so .

That's correct but the rings in question clicked twiced but never fastened shut they just kept opening and unless u double checked u would of thought it was closed right

I had the same a couple of weeks back but when I checked the rest of the birds I noticed that some ets had dodgy clips on them and did not fasten correctly this week I even had to put a rubber over a ets just to keep it closed

It was supposed to going all season but we couldn't get a driver after the first couple of weeks , it was a great toss tae but that's life .

Naw it's no m8 we can't get a driver But we do have a come back race from otterburn this week if that's any help

After 6 races I have lost 12 birds flying down the east with south lanarkshire.

My yearlings where coming better than my older experienced birds yesterday a had 7/10 by clocks

Am waiting on 2 from 27 myself from Leicester and so far from the east after 6 races af lost 12 birds mostly yearlings

Now up to 25/27 from Leicester 2 yearling to come

Got a 3 yrs old blue cock at 7.05 but Still 5 adrift from 27 , 3 of them are handy birds and had flew the channel

21 from 27 from Leicester Strange race but still battling on

Was a hard race the day m8 for only 150 mile but the birds worked on well

15/16 now with south lanarkshire from wetherby

Rather sticky race to say the least, now up to 11/16 with south lanarkshire from wetherby

That could be a bad thing if we all lib close to each other but at least most of them are heading north
