thats not a bad price for 25 ltrs ALF

all very natural again this year . left them to there own thing . some stock paired and on eggs , 6 ybs rung in the last week . flying out birds , 1 hour a day weather permitting . a half assed effort like last year .until normality returns one day .

my personal view on it is current loft exercise limited to 1 hour a day . training out to 5 miles only .
