i honestly wouldnt know "which is better" yet have used Jeyes fluid to good effect .

who,s "WE" ? if its your organization , then you need to raise the issue at Fed level , and vote for change (providing the majority agree of course) . if thats a NO then the "WE" dont start too early . if "WE" is the pigeon fancier , then its purely down to personal choice? . i know of some who choose not to go in April . maybe thats a line for you to take Bob ? youve mentioned a few other obstacles ? i am not the brightest bulb in the box , yet , when faced with a problem , i try think to around it / past it . try and do the same , or risk becoming another "excuse maker" only my opinion , you agree or disagree, best of luck in what you decide
