  7. maybe more. will know more the night after final clocks.
  8. it looks as though wilson & jack lanark, west area section e will win it according to information available. this is not official or confirmed. only four pigeons have been reported back to the west clocking staation. in no particular order, stokes carstairs, bert todd east kilbride, and billy davidsion and son. i believe in total around twelve pigeons have been recorded although i have no further detail other than one loft in fife has two returned so far. clocking stations open tomorrow for another hour. its been hard going.
  9. communication, communication. communication.
  10. there is no local marking station so i have no news. it would seem no one else from snrpc areas where there are pigeons are on line or have been all day. likely winner is in the west again. sound performance by all who have pigeons home where ever they are.
  11. the winner of this race receives a solid silver medal. not as valuable as the reims winners gold medal but a solid prize to keep none the less. good luck.

  17. hours of darkness are 11.00-4.30 each day. for this race.
  18. the time begins when liberation happens. speed determines the end. distance divided by time. regulating clocks has nothing to do with the calculation.
  19. 400 yards per minute.
  20. not a problem with the result problem with no poolers in clocks. not unusual in many distance races.
  21. pro rata the birdage compares with anything else available
  22. prize money and pools bigda are compareable and pro rata to other national races. the fact that a solid gold medal is presented to the winner each year to keep makes this a top notch event. the medal has a substantial cash value being made of high grade and quality gold.
  23. www.snrpc.co.uk click on reims result.
