I'm an SNFC man and have stuck with them, however one of the problems is they have not moved with the times and are still doing what they have done for the last 50 years, whereas the SNRPC have moved with the times and utilise everything they can for the benefit of the pigeons Del you are spot on with the above quote, the SNFC could learn a lot from the SNRPC imo
John' I agree with you but on our transporters we can have both if we want to' that's why we got the plate added to the crates but we don't do it where IMO we should for fed races and if we were ever to convoy the SNFC
Very well done Dava' looks like another sect winner' wee run of doos in the west between 12 and 1300, very well done to big Derek, Billy Graham, my big mate Jim Meikle and Adam Hamilton, keep them coming guys
Hope all organisations racing from France or Belgium get a good race this weekend' some people don't half write a load of sheyte on the two Nat subject which keeps fuelling the division' for the good of the sport and the birds get around the table and get it sorted before it's too late and sport is gone forever
Don't think for a minute that the SNFC need to purchase there own transporters or baskets as the cost and upkeep could not be justified' however their are far better federation transporters available in Scotland than the ones the SNFC currently use.
Seen this pickup truck arrive at Newmains and agree that transport of these birds could have been better' however the fact that the SNFC don't own a transporter or baskets has nothing to do with how they were ferried in to Newmains, that's down to the guys in Ayrshire who arranged transport.
Normally go to this race but still scunnered with 0/7 at the gold cup so giving it a miss this time, have kept them working though and will probably go to Ypres
