  5. Got a new computer could not get the newer files to open. You guessed it now the new computer will now not open some of the older ones. Happy days Did 1143 ypm get us on the result
  6. Well done guys vic out with the big guns. We had 4 out of 4 in race time well pleased. Stiff toss fae Dunbar the day but
  7. Billy Davies is the best championship manager and gus and his foreign ways have talked himself out of a job. Hes a good manager but he will learn from his mistakes. As a Forest fan, Palace beating Brighton 2-0 in the 2nd leg is as big a shock in football terms i have seen all season but Zaha scoring the 2 goals and moving onto the play off final before he signs for Man United has Fergie written all over it. Thank god Fergie has retired! no more knicking Forest players for a song! :-) I think Stuart McColl is worth a shout.
  8. You too mate, all the best. Am excited about this weekends race :-)
  9. Yeah mate, the one we bought is a nice blue pied with excellent long distance lines and the prizes to match and the other two are nice blue w/f's. They really are crackers and we look forward to racing them. :-) We have been very lucky over the last couple of years with real nice birds from Tam Richardson, Robbie Higgins, Eadie & Kelly and Harky. We only hope to do them justice and made a good start at yb national last year winning 2 section prizes with crosses from these fanciers. Roll on SNFC races this year! :-) A big thank you to all those fanciers, been really good to us.
  10. Not sure if Jim is on the site or not and i have tried to call him a couple of times to say thank you. I bought a bird of Jim's at our Bonnybridge Club Sale and before i left he said he would like to give me another youngster as i paid to much for the one i bought. He sent me through two cracking youngsters saying they are from the best he has. Cant ask for anymore than that. Top man. Thanks Jim it is very much appreciated and we didnt pay too much for the other young bird, its a cracker also. Andy & Rab Smith Cumbernauld
  11. Consett with AV Fed about 114miles to us. Not looking good weather wise but interestingly an east wind on sunday would suit us :-)
  12. I suppose Moyes would be the obvious choice. It really is the end of an era and for the rest of us who dont support "that lot" it is very good news indeed. Fergie time is over :-)
  13. Struggled last few weeks and falling over the finish line but am not convinced i will be 1st yet. In a money game with family members and by bro in law is catching me fast, we shall see.
  14. Well done Andy here how the result went soon,we are bit behind but sent three and got three in 5 min So happy enough
  15. Looking forward to it, got a nice yb for the sale. White Verheye. Sire has bred multiple clubxfed prize winners and the dam bred our 7th Sec E at SNFC Leicester YB National 2012. Surely worth a tenner :-)
  16. I meant to join the league at the start of the season but when i finally got the pin and joined i was top! :-)
  17. Think the tide is turning Happy days
  18. Very well done nothing a do with luck enjoy
  19. One Track mind! Everything focused on the two inland SNFC nationals and if our team of 8 come through that hopefully one or two over the water for our first time in 20 years. Would like to do well in the SNFC Yb national again but trying something completely new with yb's this year so could fall flat on our faces but if that happens will revert to tried and tested means. Hoping for a good breeding season, eggs due in about 5 days. All the best to everyone for this season. Andy
  20. Derek just the tonic we all needed Well done mate
  21. Take it you will stay sober this year Alf
  22. Good morning to you all, been off line for a while computer problems. Great when working
  23. woder how many of these pigeons would be entered if the show reserved the right to liberate these birds. The Edinbourgh Xmas race could be a show as well as a race. Show first then lets see how good we all are at conecting what we see with race results. One thing for sure not to many Dipped doos taking part. So next year guys get these Xmas race birds penned and give us all a go at picking winners at a fiver a go, its sure to enhance both the financies as well as the overall interest in this popular event.
