Doubt it first toss with young yins always like that. Probably too short a distance

John, I only toss for the last National when widowers are paired up. I find tossing at first light (lib 5am) I get no probs all from Carter Bar 50 miles 4 or 5 times in the lead up to basketting every morning. When I tossed during the day it was a hit or miss if you got a dodgy one. Maybe just lucky but worked last year.

A poor decision in my opinion to holdover at 8am, The 10am for tomorrow as Frank posted was odds on for today too, but only my opinion. Good luck all.
