some feds already convoy together when space permits, i.e. dundee & angus, north west & central, pentland & east of scotland. more will follow because it will be forced on them by cost and lack of members but there are some stuck in the dark ages who wont go with anyone else.

a lot of common sense and i agree with most of what you say. unfortunately the majority of pigeon fanciers dont give a toss about THEIR club or federation as long as they get their doos away on a friday. the ones you wont see after tonight until the first race marking next year. i agree up to a point with the "one off" fee but i do think that the big team guys should pay more after say 20 or 30 birds. even a nominal 10 or 15p per bird.

dont matter whether they use the internet or not. even when they know feds are going up in opposite direction they still liberate at the same time 30 miles away

why do they all have to go up at 6.30 - 7.00 in the morning. its clear until 8.00 pm why dont the north road lib early one week and south road the next. leave at least 2 hours between north and south roaders. and if the weather is going to change wait until sunday
