tried working in the loft but got caught in the rain and hail storm, nothing like living in an english holiday resort in the middle of summer, oh well better find the shovel for the snow thats bound to follow kev

26 telephone wires go straight above my loft in a spiderweb pattern. the birds do sometimes clip them when they fly out but have had no real hits, they just swoop around them. but i have lost birds down the surrounding chimney pots kev

i think i know who the advert was placed by, I bred one of his original birds and if it is who i think it is, the bird he got from me was a rapido and its parents are still in my loft kev

if you was to use your own vehicle to transport the birds and not charge any labour cost for yourself could you do it for less then the guys who work as couriers ?, if not, then you must be getting a cheap service already

I use either salad cress or italian basil once a week, various supermarkets sell both 30 birds are given 6 cartons of cress or two pots of italian basil kev

any birds not only pigeons tend to stay in the light, thats probably why they are not entering your loft during the evening, is it darker in the loft than it is outside, if so, try to use large torches to light the loft interior and exterior. but dont shine the lights directly at the birds kev

the size of eggs layed are in relation to the size of the female that is laying them, racers will lay from 16 grams up to 26grams with the average being 22 grams, size makes no difference to hatch rates as long as all else is normal and correct....... though the chicks will be different sizes and will grow in size in relation to the size of egg it came from..in other words your choice will produce big or smaller birds kev
