Nice meeting you Phil and your lovely daughter ( she was the best behaved child I have ever seen at a pigeon show, my 2 are murder, i was admiring some young bird no maize at Blackpool and along came my boy with an handful of widowhood mix just to give it a bit of colour ;D ;D). It was a shame Les never made it, when we went home the tailback was about 5 mile long :( Look forward to our next meeting m8. ;)

    Doncaster Show

My mate is showing tomorrow we will be leaving Walsall at 6.45, I enjoy my Friday night pint so I will have to drink wisely tonight.lol
  11. A bloke by the name Paul Gascoigne, not only did he outclass every one in the scottish League at the time, I also recall him scoring a pretty decent goal for England against Scotland. :P :P Terry Butcher also springs to mind. ;)
  12. Who have won the most domestic League titles in Europe...... R.A.N.G.E.R.S :P :P :P :P
  13. it looks as if it was made to measure, good luck lads hope there are plenty of winners in it next year. ;)
  14. They looked watered down to me.......are they off directs...or did you obtain them off directs.........or did your m8 say they were off directs......or ................oh bugger it any chance of a pair of youngsters. :) :)
  15. :) :) :) I meet your mate their, nice bloke ;) I think there was 6 classes and Bob won 3 so he was happy :P
  16. I agree 100% mate, as you are probably aware I race in partnership with Scotch Bob, he keeps a good team of show racers which he feeds and manages himself I pop over every other day and offer my little bit of input for what its worth, he has forgotten more than I know about show racers :) It is certainly a lot less work than running up and down motorways training, but one thing I have noticed is that the competitors get on with each other a little bit better than racing men. :)
  17. Best tip I will give you is dont panic, my own are the same and always have been this time of the year, they will moult through ok. I just feed to appetite with a good moulting mix and 3 baths a week with grit 2 times a week.
  18. Im on if anyone wants to add me my name is Steve Duggan my photo is a Gollywog.
  19. I think its my mate your refering to lads he joined as Scotchbob, he shows showracers and stands in with me racing the birds, originally from scotland but now residing in Walsall.lol

    winter show class

Lovely mosaic,my flying partner Bob Hughes has some wonderful birds that are kept in immaculate conditions. :)
  22. im glad he dont fly in my club mate, he is a fool with some of the things he says.
  23. The de mayers have not been dominating the Wolves Fed mate, who has told you that???? Good results have been achieved with them A Farrar, K Head, A&L Painter to name a few, no doubt about it good results but to say that this breed have dominated is simply false, I race 70% Wildys and have topped the fed this year, also 2nd 3rd etc etc, the lad in my club has won the most fed cards in this fed and he flys Hybrechts, marcelis and wildys, another club mate done good with walter docx, not knocking you mate but they are false facts you have been given. Like anything else a new year will see a new strain rise to the top, the best sprinters in my opinion are ..........crosses......just my opinion m8. ;)
  24. Sean Mcdonough, top fed winner in mighty Wolves Fed 7000 birds per week. :)
