Hi i have a question for the experts among the forum, Two of my widowhood Cocks have watery droppings, they are flying OK eating well and generaly look in good health, is the fact that 2 have watery dropping a problem what could it be? i have upted the training this week and also gone onto Vesali Laga super widowhood mix, could this be the problem or cause. could it be worms or just an upset stomach. i wormed them in January do they need doing again.

There seems to be a lot of differance of opinions, i take from the replys that there is not any real set time only that they should be wanting to fly. The reason i asked is that my birds are only flying for about 20/30 mins and than want to get back in the loft,though today they seemed to be a lot happier, the weather has improved and with that there flying time, hopefully this will be a turning point for them and i will hopefully have some good races with them in the future, many thanks for all the replys to the question.

This might sound like a daft question to all you fliers that have had birds for along time, but how long should widowhood cocks be training a day? (Around the loft not down the road training)

Hi i was just wondering if anybody could give me some advice on Pronafit smoke pellets, i have just bought some and intend to use them,but i have a couple of queries referance the use, on the side of the container it says and i quote (do not touch the remaining, after extinuuishing for at least 15 minutes to be sure of safe disposal.) my question is how long do i leave the tablet burning for and do i use a full on as the instructions say there is enough for 75 cubic meters.

Jimmy thanks for the reply, it seems to me that there is a lot more to it than i expected though i would love to race the hens as well as the cocks i feel like most people i gather that the hens are wasted after the young bird season. i think my next thing to do is trawl the internet as you sugested to see if there is something that can help me in setting a system up and working with it for a few seasons to see how it goes.
