I heard a peregrine had been found with avian flu somewhere so hopefully with them feeding on predominantly feeding on wildfowl over the winter period will kill a few off. Sorry to hear about your birds. Last year I was getting up at 4am when it was light enough and letting the birds out, this seemed to help. Fingers crossed it will help again this year.

Hi Neil I have taken some more pictures and indeed its feathering is turning brown/khaki. I'll try and post one.

It looks absolutely fine and reacts to movement, so don't think it's blind. I'm trying to add a photo of it but it says the image is to large. Any ideas how to put up a picture?

Good luck young man, hope it works out for you, I will have some stock pigeon going free at the end of the year if you want them, they are ones I haven't breed off yet so don't know whether they will breed winners or not
