That is the way I am starting to think ! It's my first try at widow and not sure it's for me , I have a few very nice hens and not the room for roundabout . Have had them out in all weathers but they don,t like it and can't get them in racing condition in this weather imo.

How do you all get your widow cocks fit ? Here in Greengairs it rains every day ,last week I only had them out 3 hours ,this week only 4 hours , I am away at 7 in morning and not home till 6 so can't alter when I exercise them , they are no where near fit and we are in the fourth race , getting a bit fed up getting up a 5 every day . There,s the rain on again .*expletive removed*.

Have to agree with most opinions that this race point was refused by the members so why is the committee going over the heads of the body of the members, also SNFC is turning into a joke with a nat under 300 mls to most This is my opinion only .

Have 33 weaned and still have them on heavy mix to stop them going too far , but will change that in the next few weeks , have another 26 in the nest and not sure where they will go lol.

If your talking about Airdrie club van the answer is yes, I went with them ( me ) not my birds . It was very cold strong wind and low cloud but was as clear as a bell and could see for miles from carnwath, it was even colder in the van as the windows were stuck open lol
