Think total was about £4000 , but have to say birds were in great order and a lot of bargains had .

Have to agree the best one so far and enjoyed all the company didn't think I knew that many doo men .well done all even the bouncer on the door was very pleasant .

Bobby has had a good season and there are going to be some great bargains to be had, I gave bobby 2 ybs 2 years ago and he had one left that flew billericay which is the same line as my gold cup pigeon -but insisted I got her back that is how honest a guy you are dealing with .

Good luck mate ,there are some very good fanciers in Grimsby , I used to live in the willows estate after a short time in immingham but never had the birds down there , If I can offer any help just pm me .

Got a loan of this squills book from big tam today . We think things have changed sales wise but we would be wrong as this book has over 150 adverts selling pigeons that range from £2=£80 today and £5 =£205 today ! Even a big advert from dr Anderson from Armadale at £6 each , Nearly everyone flying 500 plus mls how I wish It was like that now . Very good articles that still stand true today.

When I was up his Xmas doo,s were on their 3 rd hour on the wing also seen his young in nest . His ybs will be 5 month old when mine hatch lol

I also think we underestimate fury he,s a hard hard man that won't back down and think it could go the distance as fury will frustrate him .

Young Leb 4th sect clermont 8th sect Eastbourne and has bred 3 pigeons to score in Snfc Again very tame and just lay down in box so not the best photo . That's it I,ve bored myself now lol .

As I say it is more disappointing when a guy along with your father has been there done it comes on and thinks it should be easier for the gold cup a race that most of us grew up dreaming of a time in never mind winning . I am 61 and was in tears last year when I found out my pigeon had won his sect in gold cup but have won many club ,fed races when racing with the brother and none ever had me in that state that is what it means to me .

No balls for the challenge . Every pigeon in your loft can do 300 mls on day how many can do 550 on day ? I,m afraid scottish distance racing is on it's knees because fanciers like yourself won't face the challenge , in history of distance racing the scottish pigeons were sought after the reason the Snfc was formed was for distance minded men who wanted to test their pigeons and themselves but when fanciers of your obvious ability think we should make it easier then we are finished . This is my opinion just like you have yours.
