It was just out of interest if the diehards still let them out when raining so they don't miss time on wing . My birds are out 24/7 mostly and only get 2/3 races a year so no need to force fly them as I only want them in top condition for1 race a year . I agree with what Steven says if you get feeding correct they will perform on the race day anyway.
Was,not making them fly ,I was cleaning lofts and were still flying after my chores . Never interested how many minutes they do at home more how they look while doing it .
Just out of interest do all you club flyers still ask for your flying time when it's raining at home . Mine flew for hour +half today and were enjoying it . My feeding is tic beans X gerry X barley . I am not competitive at club racing so just interested if it mattered for club racing when weather is bad .
Your welcome Davy I hope you and Charlie do well with them and same goes to all the buyers of the ybs ,all I can say is their parents are top drawer and done my best to rear a nice yb .
Wish I could say the same 5/24 a lot of first timers but 15 that went last week not one turned up yet lol.just as well they bred for 14/15 hours on the wing lol 10/24 now.
