It`s great to see one of if not the biggest feds in uk get coverage well done .

It can be a reaction or symtom butcan also be something called bumlefoot which can be a secondery infection ,(it has a fancy name too) the birds last year recovered 100% so not too bothered,YET

I have used parastop for the last 2 years before breeding, But last year i had 2 cock with swolen feet so spoke to Ian cameron (vet)and he said that nobody knows the actual make up of parastop and tests showed it was not upto the task (not his opinion)so i used it this year again and now have 2 diferant cocks with swolen feet again ! so wont bother again .

I don`t jab for it but use parastop for 14 days , but for the second year on the trot i have 2 cocks with swolen feet! so not for me ,may jab my yb`s though.

now I`m no expert , but i have had the odd bird that is like yours with wet droppings but is shinning and full of zest ! have been told it has para/cocci/worms the lot but asked the brother who has more experiance than most and was told to feed them beans only and if the droppings don`t get better then get rid ! but it worked , think that some birds just eat the smaller grains and end up a bit watery. hope this helps .

I have owned several horses and if you think long run is a class horse well look at his creds ! he was out jumpt out stayed and totally totally out classed by a super horse at the end of a fantastic carreer and to use Nicky Hendersons own words long run WILL NEVER BE A KAUTO STAR. Hi Bobby not really selected any was just browsing but even on amazon they are £2.80. lol a fool and his money easy parted, but they have made a differance i think .

Just a wee warning about buying the humidifier`s that were advertised in the homing world, nothing wrong with them just the price 3 for £20 well they are £2.50 each including post on the internet. so a saving of £12.50,every little helps .
