Appleby 110 mls midland fed , we have been lucky had 4 tosses this week no losses.

Can i just say the Midland fed had very good returns from just short of Longtown ,Could it not be that the Lanarkshire birds used to the other route maybe tried to correct themselves and got themselves confused . ps before the anti Midland x lanarkshire get on board it is only a suggestion from a newcomer to lanarkshire .

Had a dozen tosses mostly from carnwath to greengairs , but had a stinker from around 10mls but they are still coming so only 4 down (was 9). the cocks handled the cold winds better than the hens seemed to. but will only send 6 on sat as not sure we will get a race .

I treated my lady to a trip to paris 2 weeks after i met her it was fantastic ,Except she dumped me ! well nearly she still here 7 years later . will be at the gladsmuir sale on sunday maybe see you both there .
