They still should have been up today , the snrpc and all feds that went had goodenough races and if we are looking at getting easy races in the nationals then send them to Longtown and not step over the border . Colin Grieve
I agree hats off to all the workers which included 4 members from my club , but also think they could maybe have had 2Q s 1 for ets and one for rubbers , but not easy but must be pleased with turnout.
Have to say i`m also with the midland fed and have lost 6 birds racing which i thing is ok ,we came back to appleby on sat and going by club returns it was a great race with the birds doing over 50 mph. think you need to ask why your fed could not lib your birds yesterday when others were on the same route and had a race .please dont give me lanarkshire v midland not interested, only giving my thoughts .
Birds were brought back from Worcester due to bad weather so the fed open race was cancelled but well done controllers on at least giving us a race. 1st S Shanks 1473 2nd J Craven 1461 3rd A Garven 1456 4th I Gibson 1448 5th Mr&Mrs McKee 1431 6th I Gibson 1417 Mr&Mrs McKee win the avge upto Stafford I Gibson wins the Yearling avge Very well done to Sam Shanks He has been flying well with his half dozen doo`s each week .
I Know what your saying ! Think i was a tad optimistic thinking it would only take 2/3 years in the West from the east for the birds to adapt , plus i never counted on some of the stuppid mistakes i have made and will probablly continue doing LoL. You ave hit the top already so all you need is a little luck holding onto the winners . Good luck for tomorrow (don`t tell Doug i said that )
If you are missing this bird she is ok , think she must be a pet as never seen one so tame , she would`nt go in the loft but caught her as she sat on my shoulder , she is very thin but will feed her up and lib her later in the week .

not into slagging guys of But the east of scotland /pentland had it hard today from newark so don,t think it was the west route , but do believe we have more disasters when the sun & moon are up at the same time .jmo ps i have 12 /13 from Stafford with Midland .
