Fanciers should be automatically accepted in any club aslong as they are in the boundaries IMO then it's up to a club to go to the SHU with a reason why the member shouldn't be allowed in.... IMHO Even my own club I'm not allowed to fly in any other club for some reason but quite a lot of clubs round about me don't bother... I'd like the chance to compete in 2 clubs but it aint allowed
