For natural racing i think getting them super fit is the answer to keeping them in form. They all hit their peak at different periods during the sitting process, so if they are super fit and a different 2 or 3 coming into themselves through the weeks, then your "team" will be on the boil for long spells. JMO

Yes Ian, their values are the $$$$ and loyalty/patience is alien to them, think that's the difference at Utd now. Was hearing he is the shortest reigning manager since 1931/32 and i suppose that highlights the difference at the club more than anything. Still think they aught to be ashamed of themselves though.

Just seen it on Sky Ian, they aught to be ashamed of themselves. I am disgusted with this decision considering they poached him out of a job he had for years, didn't buy the players he wanted in and not even given him a season to sort out an ageing squad of the dead wood. Totally disgusted.

Man Utd DO NOT sack managers. He will get money to bring in his own players for next season and take them back to the top again. In saying that, i thought Martinez would have done a great job at Utd with the quality of players they can attract and i also think he will manage Barca in the future. IMO he is one of the best coaches around Europe just now.
