It was decided by the SNFC members ( vote 61-9 )at the 2017 AGM that I be put back in my original section. The Scott Gibson Rule 13c was keeping me out. This was removed at the AGM and the SNFC have still not acted on what the members wanted. Im afraid the SNFC Committee have disrespected its membership and have broke all sorts of rules in their constitution. Ironically, the SHU backed them at an appeal the other night. The solicitor present was dumbfounded by the incompetence of this decision and fears for the future of both organisations. Ill not be part of these organisations next year unless their are massive changes to their management.

Ill not name anybody Peter but all I can say is the SHU and the SNFC are joined at the hip and do not respect their members.

What is decided in Jan 17 AGM is for that forthcoming season Danny. The SNFC have failed in their duties to represent the membership . My solicitor could not believe how open to litigation the SNFC and SHU have left themselves.

yes there is Derek it makes me laugh when I look at SHU PRICES COMPARED WITH NWHU who have at least 4 times the membership that SHU have no wonder so many are getting rings from NWHU and RPRA

Did you know John that I couldn't believe that the vote went for the snfc when on every single question put to them , they were tied up in knots. I was completely stitched up and my solicitor was disgusted at the incompetence and the structure of both organisations.

Its a deliberate act by them John, they know what they are doing. In the next few days the existence of both the SHU and the SNFC hang in the balance , believe me, they have made so many errors and think they can run over the top of their members.
